WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
    • Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus
    • Engineer III: $125,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and systems using Java, Spring Boot, Typescript, SQL, and MuleSoft, leveraging frameworks and patterns to enhance team delivery.
  • Build and deploy REST APIs and microservices, focusing on cloud infrastructure with AWS CDK, TKG, Docker, and OAuth 2.0 Security to ensure secure, reliable solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive automation and self-healing practices, and optimize the development lifecycle with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Lead ideation and design sessions, contributing to the adoption of reference architectures and engineering standards while mentoring team members in software development best practices.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and develop automated testing harnesses to ensure delivery of high-quality code and end-user satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 6 or more years of professional development experience with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and Typescript, and a solid understanding of modern programming practices and languages.
  • Proficient in developing secure and scalable solutions, including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS CDK, TKG, and Docker, with knowledge of OAuth 2.0 Security.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and technical acumen, performing moderately complex to complex tasks independently within an Agile team environment.
  • Dedicated to understanding and meeting the expectations of business partners and customers, ensuring alignment with the technical vision for the segment, domain, or technology.
  • Acts as a mentor to teammates, sharing knowledge of best practices, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the overall technical growth of the team.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with VueJS, NodeJS, and tools such as Jenkins and Postman to streamline development and testing processes.
  • Familiarity with AWS services like ECS, S3, SQS, and RDS, as well as event architecture and asynchronous processing.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing and integration workflows for continuous delivery.
