Join our brand marketing team as a Brand Marketing Content Lead and play a key role in crafting customer-centric, SEO-driven content that strengthens our brand's presence across digital channels. This role involves leading the content creation process, ensuring all content is high-quality and aligned with our brand and business objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to produce impactful content that resonates with our target audiences, drives engagement, and enhances organic search visibility. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $90,500 - 120,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with a cross-functional team to build and manage a cohesive content plan and calendar  to build our brand equity  across multiple channels and platforms -- social media, email, website, customer communications, etc. – and is aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  • Build internal relationships and partner with cross-functional teams to create engaging, compliant content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand equity.
  • Define and maintain the brand’s editorial voice across all content.
  • Use content management systems and tools to manage, update, and organize content.
  • Ensure application of SEO strategies to drive organic visibility.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and agencies to build diverse, high-quality content that is relevant to our target audiences.
  • Understand and apply data-driven insights to optimize content creation and performance and enhance Return on Investment (ROI).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 4-6 years of experience managing content production across digital channels, with a proven ability to balance creative vision with strategic objectives and performance-objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on SEO and audience engagement.
  • Expertise with WordPress or similar CMS, including content management, and API integration.
  • Understanding of SEO, including leveraging keyword research to inform and optimize content; use of SEO tools such as SEMRush, Brightedge, and social media/digital analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Ability to stay on top of current trends, best practices  and innovation in content creation and marketing across digital channels
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills to drive measurable results and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism & Media, or a related field.
